FAQ

When will I receive my product?
We ship all domestic orders/international orders via Singapore post on every Monday. Your product will arrive in about 1-5 business days depending on how far you are located from us.

Do you wholesale?
Unfortunately no.

What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. For exchanges/refunds, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Products must be unused/unworn for consideration. Shipping both ways for exchanges/returns is the buyer’s responsibility.

Do you ship internationally?
Sure do. Reasonable shipping prices are calculated at check out.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

WEB STORE
Our web store is open for both domestic and international orders. A shipping surcharge is required to process an order for international orders. Free shipping applies only for domestic orders only.

PRICES
All prices on this site are in SGD (Singapore Dollar). We reserves the right to amend prices on this site at any point of time.

ORDERS
Upon receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email within 3 working days. Orders will be pack and ship out on every Monday. We will email you your tracking information after your order has been shipped out.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only allowed when customers received a wrong order in terms of items and sizes or having received a faulty products. Exchanges are only permitted up to 14 days after delivery. Exchanged items must be unopened from the original packaging and unworn. Eligible items may be exchanged for equal or lesser value of original purchase price. Other than the above mentioned, all sales are final.

SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE
All transactions are secured by PayPal online payment, the most trusted and secure way to shop on the internet. All major credit cards are accepted, and there's no need to sign up for a PayPal account to make a purchase.

ASSISTANCE
In the unlikely event your order does not arrive after 30 business days, please contact us at contrabrands@cindykate.net. We will take action to trace your order. Please include your PayPal order number and the shipment tracking number when referring to an order.

Your privacy is important to us. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you on this site without your knowledge, and all such information is collected directly from you.
